As much as I love my sweets, believe it or not I love working out just as much. But my workouts are only enjoyable if I have an amazing playlist to go with. My workouts start out intense, then slow down some, then the last few minutes I step it up again. I rotate between the elliptical, treadmill and weights. Here are some songs that really get my heart going:

I swear by Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears for my workouts. And I like to warm down to Fleetwood Mac. Don't exactly typically go together, but it works for me!

one of my favorite excuses for not working out is the fact that i dont have an ipod! maybe if i had one i'd make it to the gym every once in awhile, lol.

anything high energy. i'm not that particular. i usually watch tv while i run that helps me keep going cuz i want to see the end of the show!!

Ahh, you're absolutely right about having decent music for working out to. Britney Spears always gets me in the zone (see that album reference haha) as does Lady Gaga and anything fast paced with lots of drumming. Maybe.. the Yeah Yeah Yeahs too.
