Save The Last Dance

It's already been an emotional weekend for me, as its my last dance show. Last night went really well and I cried a few times, but tonight will I will be hysterical. Ive been dancing since I was in diapers and dancing on stage isn't as easy to continue through life as acting is. Plus my teacher is AMAZING!! Its the beginning of the end which makes me both sad and happy.

....anyways above is the tshirt design I drew that all the dancers at my school are wearing. Its abstract dancers in the letters.

and below is the weeks top songs which are all songs from my dance concert (not all of them, but the best ones):

1. Ruby Blue - Roisin Murphy
2. Heart it Races - Architecture in Helsinki
3. Gabriel - Lamb
4. Breakable - Ingrid Michaelson
5. Kaboom! - Ursula 1000
6. Rama Lama Bang Bang - Roisin Murphy
7. The Minnow and The Trout - A Fine Frenzy
8. Beauty of Speed - Tori Amos
9. Dangerous - Michael Jackson
10. Somewhere A Clock Is Ticking - Snow Patrol
11. Fast As You Can - Fiona Apple
12. Grace - Kate Havnevik
13. Ain't No Reason - Brett Dennen
14. Nightswimming - R.E.M.
15. Wild Horses - Charlotte Martin
16. Colorblind - Counting Crows
17. Blind Winter - Missy Higgins

and after tonight, all my extracurricular after school stuff is completely over, so finally I can get back to normal blogging!

It's Just One Of Those Things...

LOTS to talk about...
Current Nail Polish - OPI in Just Groovy
..............................................................................
Go Check out GO! That Target Line in the post previous to this! Some of the materials are iffy, but some things are real cool. I got the jersey blue one shoulder dress, now I'm waiting for the Grecian looking dress. They have a cool ombre blouse and supersized men's vest that's really neat too. I'm staying away from the weird shiny wannabe stuff though, too costumey and (cheap) I think. But def go check it out!

It seems like yesterday was the musical but no, this week its the dance show (this weekend), so rehersals run pretty late, but check back saturday for a new post :) Last semester senior year is REALLY BUSY!!!

I love you my lovely readers :D

Go Target

Target is awesome, as you can tell from all my posts and mentions of them. So after all the success and cuteness of their Go International lines and collaborations with designers, Target decided to launch their own Go International label, teaming up with, well, themselves. I am highly interested in this collection and cant wait to see it in real life. Above are some of my favorite looks, but click here to see them all. It drops in stores this Sunday, but seeing how my Target usually puts things out early, I'm betting it will be there tomorrow. I'll share with you how it is!

Oh and after 2 days of searching, I finally found the prom dress! But you will have to wait 2 weeks to see it because the look is not complete yet lol!

Don't Speak, I Know Just What You're Saying...

1. Don't Let Me Down - No Doubt
2. Don't Give Up- Noisettes
3. Don't Tell Me - Madonna
4. Don't Steal Our Sun - The Thrills
5. Don't Give Up The Fight - The Magic Numbers
6. Don't Wait Too Long - Madeline Peyroux
7. Don't Deconstruct - Rilo Kiley
8. Don't Know Why - Norah Jones
9. Don't Think Twice, Its All Right - Peter, Paul and Mary
10. Don't Ever - Missy Higgins

Adele is Nineteen

Adele is Nineteen. And when first hearing her voice, you will be in awe - she is only 19? She is the latest edition of the British songstresses, and while overseas she may be topping the charts, over here, she is considered "indie" I guess. She sounds a little like Amy Winehouse, but at the same time as a sound that's all her own - rich, mature, classic. Listening to her CD can take you back in time and into the future of the music world. You may already have her single "Hometown Glory" which was a free download a few months ago on itunes, and from experience, those artists that they feature usually become huge on the charts. Go get her debut album now, aptly named "19"

***Check out some of her music videos below and some of her music on my bear music player!
