Do Wah Doo

Kate Nash is back! My favorite British songtress who sings the soundtrack to my life debuted a video for her new single "Do Wah Doo" (the album is due in April). Its been a while since her last CD, which is one of my most frequently played - so this is soooo overdue! She sings songs about mouthwash, skeletons, and dickheads... but other subject matters too, like crushes, drinking wine after a breakup... You get the idea: SHE IS AMAZING!

Anywho is video is super duper retro and super duper cute!

So I love your play lists and (I don't know if you have one or not) I was wondering if you have a good play list for working out. I like and already listen to a lot of the music you post but I was wondering if you have so recommendations for some high intensity work out jams (indie style).

actually I have thought about being an English prof, but I'm starting to change my mind about that right now. I'm much more involved in my school's English department this year so I really get to see academia first hand and I must admit a lot of it bores me to tears. I've had to attend a few symposiums where most of time I have no idea what they are discussing or if I do I find it all too pretentious to care about. seriously, some of the topics profs research are incredibly obscure and pointless. Also I haven't had a brilliant idea yet or even one single literary time period I love, which is kind of important if you want to persuade grad schools to take you. plus grad school takes a lot of time and money and is incredibly tough to get into now. so my dreams go PhDs are slowly waning right now.

sorry for writing you a novel and I do appreciate your suggestions!
