**haha instead of taking a pic of my hand, I decided to do that thing they do in magazines :P (i used to have a problem with using exclamation points, now I think its smiley faces - but what can I say? I'm a happy person!)

Emma!
Emma Watson - shes my new favorite person! It seems that her Harry Potter publicity circuit is over, and I will miss that because I just love seeing what she will wear! She always looked so pulled together - but not in an annoying way. There's nothing too different about the way she dresses - but I guess I like it because it's all very wearable and looks effortless. I'm a bit obsessed with that last dress - the Chanel one with the beads that looked like candy/medicine tablets. ... and I'm digging her hair too! I always have a new hair style for the beginning of each school year and I've been wanting to cut my hair short for a while so we'll see if mine comes out as good as hers! AND rumor has it that she will be Chanel's new muse!

LBD
I picked this up @ Old Navy ($15 dollars!) and I'm in love. Its their T shirt dress. I tried it on in gray and white stripes, heather gray, etc and black was the final decision. It may look too short and too sheer on the hanger; but try it on and its surprisingly conservative - but ultimately chic. Its cool (not only the lightweight factor) and effortless, can be dressed up, can be dressed down, and is my new staple.
Very Kirsten Dunst - dontcha think?

This week I just couldn't narrow it down to 10 because I love each of these songs oh so much! They have a sort of "outer space" theme to them. Cuckoo, I know! ... And its weird because I didn't mean to narrow it down to 13 on the 13th - it just kinda happened - freaky!

2. Stadium Arcadium - Red Hot Chili Peppers
3. My Moon My Man - Feist
4. Cosy in the Rocket - Psapp
5. Short Stacks - The Ditty Bops
6. Death of a Martian - Red Hot Chili Peppers
7. A Comet Appears - The Shins

**and do y'all think I should have each week's songs on a audio playlist on my blog? or would that be annoying and interfere with your itunes music you're already playing?

Bullseye!
Let me just state first that I love Target and go there religiously (@ least 2 times a week)... mostly because its waling distance from my school. I get my little coke icee and browse through the dollar section, clothes, yada yada yada. I like to be ahead of the game and see what designers going to do the next Go International line by checking online regularly. I was thrilled to see Libertine's line for the fabulous store. The items are kinda twisted preppy (skulls on a pink argyle vest, bats flying all over the clothes) - I love it! The Teen Vogue August article made me like it even more! All the clothes are good because they can be summery but ease perfectly into the fall. I will be there this Sunday when they unveil the collection (August 15th), cash in hand!..... I'm loving that striped shirt dress.

***the two posts below are some pictures of future Go International lines (debuting sometime in this fall) - gotta be ahead of the game :P

Erin Fetherston for Target Go International
I'm in love this collection - uber girly, very Modern Marie! The model reminds me of Gwen Stefani with her wig on.

This is a short film/music video for Erin Fetherston's fashion line (non-Target). It's a little strange - but I know you wish you could be in it! Kirsten Dunst is in it - which is a bonus!
Alice Temperly for Target Go International
Very French = obviously I like it!

How to Look Like a Million
I was watching the oldie "How to Steal a Million" the other night. On Netflix I have in my queue each and every Audrey Hepburn movie (minus the ones I've seen and own). "How to Steal a Million" probably isn't one of the films she 's best known for - but nonetheless should not be ignored because THE WARDROBE IS TO DIE FOR! Everything is still so current and I want to wear all of it! Silvery glitter eyeshadow, matte pink lips, head pieces, white patterned tights, skinny belts - doesn't it sound delicious? Who else could pull off a white equestrian - esqe hat? And I love Audrey's hair in the film - mine would NEVER look like that!
And look @ that clear PVC, white trimmed trench coat! It reminds me of the clear red Gaetano Navarra trench coat. Oh, Audrey!
