Butterfly Nest

Remember those butterfly hair clips we all wore in elementary school? Consider these a chic more grown up (and more realistic) version. Go to your local craft store and buy faux butterflies (in the silk flowers section usually) and just hot glue onto large bobby pins. I made the gold ones below to go with my graduation dress last year. They are definitely a conversation piece and are a prefect way to welcome spring. Butterfly you coif today, you know Marie Antoinette would...

I remember those. I used to have a whole drawer full of plastic butterfly clips. In fact, I think I still have them. Though I'd much rather adorn my hair with these beauties. :)
