Cookies and Cream

Here is a recipie for a yummy candy that only has 2 ingredients! I make it for teachers and friends around Chrsitmas time, etc, but my dance team coach loves it sooo much that I pretty much make it every holiday for her. And with Valentines day approaching, you may want to make that special someone easy homemade chocolates <3

Cookies and Cream Chocolates
1 package of Oreos (you can use reduced fat, extra stuffed, peanut butter, mint, the colored ones - whatever one you like best!)
1 bag of white chocolate chips

1. Put all the Oreos in a sturdy ziplock bag and crush them all, you can pound them with a cup or rolling pin.
2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, using the microwave (about 1 minute, stirring in between)
3. Stir the Oreos into the melted chocolate, using as much oreo crumbs as you can (you may have some left over).
4. Spoon the mixture onto wax paper by the tablespoonfull into clusters. Let dry. Remove from wax paper and VOILA!

btw, have you ever heard Les Savy Fav? I fell in love with their name, and love for their sound naturally followed.

That actually sounds like a really good recipe! I'm not much of a culinary queen, like yourself LML but I think I might be able to manage that!!!:-D
