Dead Man's Bones

Ryan Gosling (do I hear a choir of girls sighing?) can do no wrong, so when he decided to take an adventure in indie rock music, I knew it would be as edgy as his movie roles and well executed. His music project, Dead Man's Bones, is an album with an antique piano feel, special spooky effects, all which accompany his mumbling yet recognizable voice and a whole children's choir. It is the 2009 version of a "Monster Mash" CD and I say that as a compliment. It is perfect music for Halloween, not only because of the titles like, "My Body's a Zombie For You," and "Werewolf Heart" but the just the overall ambiance the music creates. Buy it now and you will be enjoying it still well after Halloween.
.
Below is a video for their song "In The Room Where You Sleep."I am loving all the kid's costumes!

I love you for telling me about this - I had no idea Ryan Gosling was working on an indie music project. The last music I remember him making was on The New Mickey Mouse club alongside Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. Adoring this. You're right...Ryan Gosling can do no wrong! :)
