Painting of her I believe / hall of mirrors
the infamous bedroom!
Paris is on the brain! But this movie does look really artsy and cool. It's only playing in select cities, so I'll probally have to Netflix it...Feist sounds like she's singing the song in the trailer - so you know it will be a good soundtrack!
Just like those amazing songs that are too short, so is Priscilla Ahn's EP (available on itunes). I saw the cover and it looked cute so I checked it out (that's how I find cool indie music). I bought it and now I'm in LOVE LOVE LOVE. The only downside is that it has just 5 songs on it. My favorite is "Dream" but only because it sounds just like me when I was a little girl. Actually the whole tiny album makes me feel 7 again, running around in my glittery clear jellies, looking for faeries.... which is a very good feeling. Buy this album now!!! and fervently await for more of her music to come out. Oh to feel young again!

I study each issue if Teen Vogue. And while that little (what appears to be) mirrored pin in the June/July issue would have usually been over looked - I took full notice and decided to make some of my own.
I just bought square and circle mirrors @ the craftstore in various sizes and hot glued them in different arrangements onto a flatbacked pin.

This Sunday, my friends and I have decided to go to a meadow, have a picnic, and frolic about in our breezy sundresses. I wanted the perfect dress. I know, its only a picnic and I know that that sounds soooo OCD, but anyways... It reminded me of that part in Marie Antoinette where she said that she wanted a "light dress, something she can run around in". I would have been content with some of my other sundresses. However, while browsing the sale @ Anthropolgie, I came across this:
Its easy, breezy, BEAUTIFUL (cover girl) and only $50. It looks plain, but when you try it on, there's something so "country French" and special about it. Marie would love it.

and I'd make these cookies (Eleni's bakery)
Think I got carried away?
